• kibbi: shell of extra lean ground beef surrounded by crushed wheat and filled with a mixture of roasted pine nuts, fried falafel patties and fried cauliflower.
• shawarma; tender marinated chicken breast and thigh cooked on an upright split and then thinly sliced.

Owner, Ali Kobeissi, used to work in a spice factory in Beirut, Lebanon
They don't use any animal fats or additives and with lots of vegetables so you can eat as much as you want without feeling guilty.
